Our Journey
Hi, I’m Giulia! I’m a Brazilian student at Sault College and have been passionate about sewing since I was a child. Carrying on a tradition passed down by my grandmother, I started sewing early on for myself and close friends. I never imagined going beyond a comforting hobby—until I got here. I realized that it wouldn’t be in São Paulo or Toronto where my journey would begin, but right here in Sault Ste. Marie! Every piece I’ve made, mended, or stitched will carry a little piece of my Latin heart!
